Cancellation and Refund

1.  If for any reason the instructor cancels a class, all moneys will be transferred or used as credit for future classes with the same instructor.

2.  Deposit for the class is 50% of the total of the class tuition. Full payment for tuition is due 7 days prior to the class. For payment made at time of class an additional fee of 20% is added to the tuition fee.

.  If a student cancels more than 7 days prior to the class, all money except the deposit will be returned. 

4.  If a student cancels fewer than 7 days before the class, there will be no refund.

5.   Seminar Deposits are non refundable.

6.  Accommodations must be paid in full at the time of registration and are non refundable. Accommodations include lodging and food that are included in seminars that have advertised lodging and meal arrangements.

7. Class size is limited.

8. A 20% “late charge” will be added if fees are not paid in full by class beginning date.
