Services and Locations

Advanced Wellness Connections 2005
I provide Feldenkrais Method® and medical massage therapy services. I am an approved provider for most of the Washington health insurance companies, Motor Vehicle (PIP), and Department of Labor and Industries. I teach Neuro Muscular Re-Education to massage practitioners across the United States. I work with Equine and the Equestrians to enhance the performance of the rider and horse. I am a graduate MA student in the Interdisciplinary and Independent Study Program with Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. I completed the 135 hour Bones For Life ® Teacher Training in 2005. Bones For Life® is a program to teach people the power of posture and placing dynamic force through the skeleton to assist in the maintenance of bone density.
